Returns & Damages Policy

At Carpet and Flooring Supplies, we take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you notice any damage, faults, or errors with your products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos where possible.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that custom-cut carpets, flooring lengths, or special-order products are non-returnable, as they are made or ordered specifically for you.

To request a return, contact our customer service team — we’ll guide you through the process and advise on any applicable restocking or collection fees.

Refunds

Once your returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days using your original payment method.
